摘要
目的了解食用土暖锅致一氧化碳事件的性质及规模,查明发生原因,避免同类事件再次发生。方法 2019-09-12对庆阳市西峰区某餐馆(下称J餐馆)及就餐者进行调查,收集病例的基本信息、临床特征及流行病学信息,模拟检测事发餐馆及同类餐馆空气质量,线性趋势检验分析病例环境暴露时间与疾病严重程度的相关性。结果 7名出现症状的病例均来自J餐馆2号包厢,就餐期间在2号包厢的暴露时间平均(136.43±17.01)min,范围值110~150 min,病例临床症状计分平均(6.71±1.25)分,范围值5~8分,线性趋势检验结果显示病例在2号包厢的暴露时间越长,病例临床症状评分越高。模拟事发J餐馆及同类F餐馆在密闭环境中,木炭燃烧15 min后所有检测点CO浓度均>200 ppm,支持高浓度CO暴露危险因素。结论本起事件为一起土暖锅场所就餐导致的CO中毒事件,就餐场所内通风状况不良是事件发生的主要原因。当地同类场所均存在此类公共卫生风险,需积极采取措施,保障就餐者的环境安全。
Objective To understand the nature and scale of a carbon monoxide event caused by edible soil hotpot and find out the causes so as to avoid the recurrence of similar events.Methods We conducted an investigation on a restaurant(referred to as J Restaurant) and its diners in Xifeng District,Qingyang City.Clinical characteristics and epidemiological information of poisoning cases were collected.Further,the air quality of the restaurant and similar restaurants was simulated.The correlation between environmental exposure time and disease severity of the case was analyzed by linear trend tests.Results Seven patients with symptoms were all from box 2 of J restaurant.The average exposure time in box 2 was 136.43±17.01 minutes with the range of 110-150 minutes.The average score of clinical symptoms was 6.71 ±1.25,and the range value was 5-8.Linear trend test results showed that the longer the exposure time of the case in box 2,the higher the clinical symptom score of the case was.In the closed environment of J restaurant and F restaurant of the same kind,the CO concentration in all test points was more than 200 ppm 15 minutes after charcoal burning,which supported the risk factors of high CO exposure.Conclusion This incident is a CO poisoning event caused by eating in a local hot pot place.The main cause of the incident is the poor ventilation in the dining place.
