摘要
目的了解石韦质量评价的研究进展。方法查阅相关文献并归纳总结,对石韦质量评价方面的研究进行综述。结果石韦质量评价的研究内容主要包括性状和显微鉴定、指纹图谱、含量测定以及药材中的挥发性成分分析,其中指纹图谱和含量测定的研究相对较多,而且多涉及绿原酸、木犀草素和芒果苷等酚酸和黄酮类成分。结论石韦的质量评价研究取得了一定进展,但还存在一些不足之处,需要进一步探究。
Objective To study the research progress of quality evaluation of Pyrrosiae Folium.Methods By consulting the relevant literature and summarizing,this paper summarized the research on quality evaluation of Pyrrosiae Folium.Results The research of quality evaluation of Pyrrosiae Folium mainly included the characteristics and microscopic identification,fingerprint,determination of bioactive constituents and the study on the analysis of volatile components,among which the research about fingerprint and content determination were relatively more reported,and it mostly involved phenolic acids and flavonoids such as chlorogenic acid,luteolin and mangiferin.Conclusion Much progress has been made in the quality evaluation of Pyrrosiae Folium,however,there are still some deficiencies,which need to be further explored.
