摘要
发展煤制高碳醇技术对实现煤炭清洁利用和保障国家能源安全具有重要意义。介绍了高碳醇产品的市场应用、产业情况及工业合成方法。综述了以煤为原料生产高碳醇的技术路线及工业化情况,对比分析了α-烯烃生产高碳醇、费托石蜡生产高碳醇、合成气直接合成高碳醇及煤制烯烃生产高碳醇几种工艺路线的优缺点,对煤制高碳醇技术发展前景进行了展望,应进一步加大各类高碳醇化学合成路线的技术改进和优化,提升技术先进性。
The development of coal to high carbon alcohol technology is of great significance to realize the clean utilization of coal and ensure national energy security.The market application,industrial situation and industrial synthesis method of high carbon alcohol products are introduced.The technical routes and industrialization of high carbon alcohol production from coal are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of several processes for producing high carbon alcohols fromα-olefins,Fischer-Tropsch paraffin,syngas and coal to olefins are compared and analyzed.The development prospect of high carbon alcohol technology from coal is prospected.Further improvement and optimization of various synthetic technologies for high carbon alcohols should be further strengthened to enhance the advancement.
