摘要
卡夫卡的神话小说《普罗米修斯》深受古希腊神话“被缚的普罗米修斯”影响,其笔下的伟大天神成了被遗忘、被怀疑、被厌倦、被排斥的对象。而卡夫卡另外一部小说《变形记》与小说《普罗米修斯》有着千丝万缕的联系,主人公格里高尔实质是卡夫卡笔下普罗米修斯神话故事人物的变体。虽然格里高尔长着甲壳虫的丑陋肉体,却有天神普罗米修斯的高贵灵魂。化身甲虫的普罗米修斯苦苦挣扎以期得到周围人的同情与理解的惨剧揭示了卡夫卡生活时期金钱至上的资本主义社会对普通下层小人物人性的戕害与扼杀。
The mythical novel Prometheus written by Franz Kafka is influenced by the ancient Greek myth,“Prometheus bound”.The great god becomes a forgotten,suspected,disgusted and excluded figure.His another novel,The Metamorphosis is closely related to Prometheus.The hero Gregor is metamorphosis of Prometheus,who has the uglier body of beetle and more fervent soul.In order to get sympathy and understanding,the tragedy of Prometheus who becomes a beetle reveals that the capitalist society in the period of Kafka kills the human nature of the lower-class people under the extreme temptation of fame and wealth.
