摘要
小脑萎缩病位在督脉,其病因主要为督脉受损与不充。临床治疗本病时,不可概以痿证论治,应酌情使用风药,发挥风药在外感风热致痿、风湿致痿、郁火内生致痿、肝郁化火致痿以及清阳不升、督脉失充致痿中的治疗作用。另外,需要注意本病病程较长,需长期服药。针药结合的治疗方法对于稳定病情、改善症状具有良好效果。
Cerebellar atrophy is located in Du Meridian,and its main cause is Du Meridian damage and insufficiency.In clinical treatment,it is not advised to treat the disease based on flaccidity syndrome,but to use wind medicine appropriately,exert the therapeutic effect of Wind dispelling medicine in the treatment of flaccidity disease caused by exogenous Wind-heat,wind-dampness,fire stagnation,and liver depression transforming into fire,as well as dysfunction caused by unrising of Qingyang and Du Meridian insufficiency.Besides,it should be noted that due to the long course of the disease,long-term medication is required.The combination of acupuncture and medicine also has a good effect on stabilizing the condition and improving symptoms.
