摘要
党的十九大报告中首次提出实施乡村振兴战略,乡村振兴战略实施过程中离不开人才资源的支持,因此,大学生回乡发展与乡村振兴战略的实施具有高度契合的内在逻辑。但是,当前大学生回乡发展面临着回乡发展意愿呈亚稳定态、回乡发展的支持系统呈薄弱态以及高校专业设置与乡村发展需求呈错位态等困局,需要政府、社会、高校、家庭以及大学生等多元主体共同努力,以助推乡村振兴。
In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy was proposed for the first time.The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is inseparable from the support of human resources.Therefore,the development of college students'returning to their hometown is highly consistent with the implementation of this strategy.However,the current development of this practice is faced with the dilemma,such as metastable development intention,weak support system and dislocation between specialty setting of colleges and rural development demand.It needs the joint efforts of the government,society,colleges,families,and college students to boost the Rural Revitalization.
