摘要
国内外经验、文化发展规律和当前种种表现喻示,传承人职业化是当下少数民族音乐遗产保护的有效路径。少数民族音乐遗产传承人职业化,可以促进更具审美性的民族音乐作品的创造,满足人们对美好生活的需求。随着少数民族地区经济状况和生活环境的改善,传承人职业化已具备了相应的社会条件,可利用政策对行业形成和发展的作用,引导不同地区、不同乐种的遗产传承人,在坚持文化自信和文化自觉、表演和传授相结合、社会效益和经济效益兼顾等原则的前提下,结合实际,采用文旅模式、公司模式、班社模式或其他模式实现职业化。
The experience at home and abroad,the law of cultural development and all kinds of current manifestations show that the professionalization of inheritors is an effective way to protect the music heritage of ethnic minorities.Professionalization of inheritors of ethnic music heritage can promote the creation of more aesthetic ethnic music works and meet people’s needs for a better life.With the improvement of the economic conditions and living environment of ethnic minority areas,the professionalization of inheritors has provided corresponding social conditions.The role of policies in the formation and development of the industry can be used to guide inheritors from different regions and different types of music.Under the premise of the principles of cultural self-confidence and cultural consciousness,the combination of performance and teaching,and the balance between social and economic benefits,combined with reality,the cultural tourism model,company model,class agency model or other models are adopted to achieve professionalization.
