摘要
在石油化工行业不断发展过程中,钢制储罐的应用日益广泛,钢制储罐的加工制造必须依靠自动焊接技术进行干预,此外氩弧焊接技术及电弧焊接技术也在钢制储罐制作中广泛应用。合理选择焊接形式,可对钢制储罐不同焊接变形情况进行把控,尤其以钢制储罐底板位置的形状变化最为严重,由于焊缝数量众多,焊板厚度不足,在焊接钢制储罐时,波浪变形的发生几率较高,这就需要合理分析焊接变形因素,并对变形情况进行控制,以合理进行对策的制定,促进钢制储罐焊接质量的增长。
In the process of continuous development of petrochemical industry,the application of steel storage tank is becoming more and more extensive.The processing and manufacturing of steel storage tank must rely on the intervention of automatic welding technology.In addition,argon arc welding technology and arc welding technology are also widely used in the production of steel storage tank.Reasonable selection of welding form can control different welding deformation of steel storage tank,especially the shape change of steel storage tank bottom plate position is the most serious.Due to the large number of welds and insufficient thickness of welding plate,when welding steel storage tank,the occurrence probability of wave deformation is higher,which requires reasonable analysis of welding deformation factors and control of deformation,so as to make reasonable progress The development of countermeasures to promote the growth of steel tank welding quality.
