摘要
由于天然气管道输送距离较长,管道中途经过的环境具有复杂性,各方面的因素都可能对管道运输产生影响,威胁管道安全,对国家和人民的生命财产安全带来隐患。对天然气管道完整性的管理是对天然气管道进行全方位、系统化的管理,对安全隐患进行排查,避免安全事故的发生。管道在使用过程中,会发生不同程度的腐蚀损坏,工作人员需要对管道内外壁进行腐蚀检测维修,保证管道的完整性。本文就长输天然气管道的完整性管理与管道腐蚀监测技术进行探讨。
Due to the long distance of natural gas pipeline transportation,the environment of the pipeline midway through is complex.Various factors may affect the pipeline transportation,threaten the pipeline safety,and bring hidden dangers to the life and property safety of the country and the people.The integrity management of natural gas pipeline is to carry out comprehensive and systematic management of natural gas pipeline,investigate potential safety hazards and avoid safety accidents.In the process of using the pipeline,different degrees of corrosion damage will occur.The staff need to carry out corrosion detection and maintenance on the inner and outer walls of the pipeline to ensure the integrity of the pipeline.This paper discusses the integrity management and pipeline corrosion monitoring technology of long-distance natural gas pipeline.
