摘要
为探究可代替工厂化育苗基质,通过以农业废弃物牛粪、玉米秸秆、蛭石、草炭为主要的育苗载体,并将其按照一定比例制成6种复合型基质,直接用于茄子穴盘育苗。结果表明,不同复合型基质对茄子幼苗生长的影响有明显差异。其中复合基质T_(3)(牛粪∶秸秆∶草炭∶蛭石=4∶2∶2∶2)的育苗效果最佳,明显优于CK(草炭∶蛭石=2∶1),且株高、茎粗、根长、壮苗指数显著高于其他处理,故T_(3)可以代替CK用于工厂化穴盘育苗,其次为T_(4)(牛粪∶秸秆∶草炭∶蛭石=4.5∶1.5∶2∶2.5)配比的基质育苗效果次于T_(3)处理,但优于CK,具有利用价值。
To explore the replacement of factory seedling substrates,by using agricultural waste cow dung,corn stalks,vermiculite and grass charcoal as the main seedling substrates,6 types of composite substrates were made according to a certain ratio and used directly for eggplant plug seedlings,the results of the study showed that the effects of different composite substrates on the growth of eggplant seedlings were significantly different.Among them,the compound substrate T_(3)(cow dung∶straw:peat∶vermiculite=4∶2∶2∶2)had the best seedling raising effect,which was significantly better than CK(peat:vermiculite=2∶1),and the plant height,stem diameter,root length and strong seedling index were significantly higher than other treatments,so T_(3) can replace CK for factory plug seedlings,followed by T_(4)(cow dung∶straw∶peat∶vermiculite=4.5∶1.5∶2∶2).The ratio of substrate seedling raising effect was inferior to T_(3) treatment,but better than CK treatment,and it also had utility value.
