测井预测TOC方法在页岩储层评价中的运用 被引量:16

摘要 总有机碳含量(TOC)是页岩储层评价中的一个重要参数,同时也是烃源岩评价的重要指标.本论文在测井原理的指导下,基于不同岩石类型对测井参数的响应特征,运用自然伽马能谱测井法、多元回归法和ΔLogR法对四川盆地南部龙马溪组页岩的TOC含量进行预测,通过数理统计和误差分析,选出最佳预测方法.研究结果表明:四川盆地南部页岩储层中应用多元回归法和自然伽马能谱测井法预测有机碳含量的效果最好.自然伽马能谱测井法中运用钍/铀比与TOC含量拟合出来的模型比只运用单个放射性元素U与TOC含量拟合出来的模型吻合度高,拟合相关系数高达0.9011,平均绝对误差为29.27%,平均相对误差为19.55%.运用多元回归法的预测结果相关性较高,R2=0.8934,平均绝对误差为34.59%,平均相对误差为16.81%.两种方法精度都相对较高,满足精度要求. Total Organic Carbon Content(TOC) is an important parameter in shale reservoir evaluation as well as an important index in source rock evaluation. Under the guidance of the principles of well logging, this paper based on the different types of rocks on the logging response characteristics of the parameters, using natural gamma ray spectrometry logging method, multiple regression method and ΔLogR method of the dragon stream of shale in southern Sichuan basin predict TOC content, through mathematical statistics and error analysis, select the best prediction method. The results show that the method of multiple regression and gamma ray logging is the best method to predict the organic carbon content in the southern shale reservoir of Sichuan Basin. The fitting model using thorium/uranium ratio and TOC content in natural gamma ray spectrometry logging is more consistent than that using only a single radioactive element U and TOC content. The fitting correlation coefficient is as high as 0.9011. The average absolute error is 29.27%, and the average relative error is 19.55%. The prediction results using multiple regression method are highly correlated, R2=0.8934, the average absolute error is 34.59%, the average relative error is 16.81%. The precision of both methods is relatively high and meets the requirement of precision.
