摘要
现如今我国部分城市水体出现黑臭现象,一定程度上影响了该城市的经济发展水平.因此,以城市黑臭水体治理效果与经济协调发展状况作为评价对象,以评价指标体系构建的原则与步骤为基础,构建两者协调发展的评价指标体系,进而确定评价模型——协调度(C_(v)),最后结合实例,对上述研究方法的科学合理性进行分析,为今后经济建设和城市黑臭水体治理协调发展提供理论依据.
The phenomenon of black and smelly water appears in lots of cities of China,which affects the level of economic development of the city to a certain extent.In this paper,the coordinated development of urban black and smelly water body and economy are selected as the evaluation object.The evaluation index system is constructed based on the principles and steps of evaluation method.Then,the evaluation model-coordination degree(C_(v))is determined.Finally,the scientific rationality of the above research method is analyzed with an example and provided a theoretical basis for the coordinated development of economic construction and urban black and smelly water treatment in the future.
