汽油机点火提前调整特性模拟分析

摘要 论文利用AVL Boost建立了四缸四冲程汽油机的热力学仿真模型,并从气缸压力的变化及缸内气流运动的角度出发,分析了点火提前角对最高燃烧压力的影响,从而确定各转速下的点火提前角变化范围。在此基础上进一步分析了点火提前角对汽油机动力性及经济性的影响,以期确定较为合理的点火提前特性匹配方案。分析结果显示:随着转速的增加,增大点火提前角,有利于提高发动机的动力性和燃油经济性;合理的匹配不同转速下的点火提前角,可扩大汽油机的理想工作范围。 In this paper,a thermodynamic simulation model of a four-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine was established by using AVL Boost,and the influence of ignition advance angle on the peak firing pressure was analyzed from the angle of cylinder pressure change and airflow movement in the cylinder,so as to determine the variation range of ignition advance angle at each speed.On this basis,the influence of ignition advance angle on power performance and economy of gasoline engine is further analyzed in order to determine a more reasonable matching scheme of ignition advance characteristic.The results show that the increase of ignition advance angle is beneficial to the improvement of engine power performance and fuel economy.Reasonable matching of ignition advance angle at different speed can enlarge the ideal working range of gasoline engine.
