摘要
目的全面了解某三级甲等医院职工的健康状况及疾病分布特点,为职工保健工作提供基础资料,并为改善医务人员的健康状况寻求对策,为管理层制定政策提供科学依据。方法研究对象为某三级甲等医院2018年1月—2019年12月体检的职工共4536人次,对体检有肝功能异常、心电图异常、高血脂、高血糖、高血压和妇科疾病的情况进行对比分析。结果2018年参加体检的职工共有2151名,总疾病检出人数为997名,总疾病检出率46.35%;2019年参加体检的职工共有2385名,总疾病检出人数为1279名,总疾病检出率53.63%;疾病检出率呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.952,P<0.001)。各疾病的检出率除妇科疾病都呈上升趋势。高血糖、高甘油三酯、脂肪肝在男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余疾病在男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随年龄的增长疾病检出率有所增加,40岁以上和40岁以下两个年龄段高血压、高血糖、高胆固醇、心电图异常等几种疾病检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该三级甲等医院职工2019年总疾病检出率高于2018年总疾病检出率。男性高血糖、高甘油三酯、脂肪肝等疾病的检出率高于女性。40岁以上年龄段的疾病检出率高于40岁以下年龄段。
Objective To comprehensively understand the health status and disease distribution characteristics of the staff in a tertiary A hospital,provide basic data for staff health care,seek countermeasures for improving the health status of medical staff,and provide scientific basis for management to formulate policies.Methods The research object was a total of 4536 employees who had physical examinations in a tertiary A hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.The physical examinations were performed on abnormal liver function,abnormal electrocardiogram,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,hypertension,and gynecological diseases.Results In 2018,there were 2,151 employees who participated in the physical examination,and the total number of disease detections was 997,and the total disease detection rate was 46.35%.In 2019,there were 2,385 employees who participated in the physical examination,and the total number of disease detections was 1,279.The detection rate was 53.63%;the disease detection rate was on the rise.Except for gynecological diseases,the detection rate of all diseases was on the rise,the difference was statistically siginficant(χ^(2)=23.952,P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in hyperglycemia,high triglycerides,and fatty liver between men and women(P<0.05),while the other diseases were not statistically different between men and women(P>0.05).The detection rate of diseases increased with age,and the differences in the detection rates of several diseases,such as hypertension,hyperglycemia,high cholesterol,and abnormal electrocardiogram,were statistically significant in the two age groups over 40(P<0.05)and under 40.Conclusion The total disease detection rate of employees in this tertiary first-class hospital in 2019 is higher than the total disease detection rate in 2018.The detection rate of high blood sugar,high triglyceride,fatty liver and other diseases in men is higher than that in women.The detection rate of diseases in the age group over 40 is higher than that in the age group unde
