航空结构中Lamb波小损伤监测能力研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对航空结构中的Lamb波小损伤监测能力,首先从损伤灵敏度和信号幅值两个方面进行了理论分析,然后基于ABAQUS软件开展了大面积铝板结构中压电-Lamb波的三维传播仿真,分别研究了各频率下Lamb波A0模式和S0模式对板中孔洞和裂纹小损伤的监测能力,最后实施了孔洞小损伤成像验证试验。研究结果表明,相比于低频(50~200kHz)的A0模式,3mm厚铝板结构中频率较高(300~500kHz)的S0模式具有更强的小损伤监测能力,可在类似航空铝板结构的Lamb波小损伤监测中优先选择使用。 According to the small-damage monitoring abilities of Lamb waves in aircraft structures,the theoretical analysis is firstly performed from the two aspects of damage sensitivities and signal amplitudes.Then,based on the ABAQUS software,the three-dimensional propagation simulation of piezoelectric-Lamb waves in a large area aluminum plate are implemented,during which the monitoring abilities of A0 and S0 modes of Lamb waves for the small holes and cracks in the plate are investigated under different frequencies,respectively.A validation experiment of small hole imaging is finally arranged.The studying results indicate that,compared with the A0 mode under low frequencies(50~200kHz),the S0 mode of high frequencies(300~500kHz)possesses much stronger small-damage monitoring abilities in the aluminum plate with the thickness of 3mm and therefore,can be preferentially considered for the Lamb wave small-damage monitoring of similar aircraft structures.
