摘要
危机事件给社会造成损失、带来磨难的同时,也是有价值的信息来源,给组织带来宝贵的学习资源和变革的动力。本文以汶川地震后高校的危机学习行为为研究对象,发现汶川地震作为焦点事件引发了社会的广泛关注。高校危机学习呈现断点增长的态势。因此,将重特大自然灾害看作激发高校组织危机学习的单一因素,并选取了2009~2018年中国知网上以地震为主题的论文数量作为研究样本,基于MOA理论分析了重特大自然灾害下高校危机学习的行为,发现:①重特大自然灾害催生了高校危机学习行为;②地理距离及历史地震次数等外部环境为危机学习提供了机会;③科研实力及专业相关性等内在能力使得危机学习成为可能。
Crisis events cause loss and suffering to the society,but also a valuable source of information,bringing valuable learning resources and the motivation for change.This paper takes the crisis learning behavior of colleges and universities after Wenchuan Earthquake as the research object,finding that under the influence of the Wenchuan Earthquake,the organized crisis learning behavior shows a growth of breakpoints.Therefore,we use the heavy natural disaster as a single factor to stimulate the organization's crisis learning,and selected the number of papers on the theme of earthquake on the China Knowledge Network from 2009 to 2018 as a research sample.Based on the MOA theory,the behavior factors of organizational crisis learning under heavy natural disasters are analyzed.We found that:①Severe natural disasters can inspire crisis learning behavior;②The external environment such as geographic distance and the number of historical disasters provide opportunities for crisis learning;③Inherent abilities such as scientific research strength and professional relevance make crisis learning possible.
