加速康复模式下妇科护患双方对出院准备度评估的现况分析被引量：6

摘要目的了解在妇科加速康复模式下,护患双方对患者出院准备度评估的现状及原因分析。方法采用便利抽样法选取我院妇科172例妇科良性疾病患者,出院当天由患者及责任护士分别进行出院准备度评估。结果护士对患者出院准备度量表总评分为(107.10±8.15)分,高于患者自评的总分(99.39±7.93)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.430,P<0.001)。结论妇科患者出院准备服务需适应加速康复理念的临床发展,提高护理人员健康教育效果,通过多样化的健康教育途径提高患者疾病知识知晓度,进而提高患者自我护理能力,提高患者出院准备度。
