摘要
参照GB/T 2910.6—2009《纺织品定量化学分析第6部分:黏胶纤维、某些铜氨纤维、莫代尔纤维或莱赛尔纤维与棉的混合物(甲酸/氯化锌法)》,在70℃条件下分析用甲酸/氯化锌法溶解黏胶纤维的最佳溶解时间。结果发现:在70℃条件下,将棉/黏胶混纺物置于甲酸/氯化锌溶液中30 min,黏胶纤维可以完全溶解,且此时棉纤维的损伤最小。
According to the standard of GB/T 2910.6—2009 textile—quantitative chemical analysis—part6:mixtures of viscose or certain types of cupro or modal or Lyocell and cotton fibers(method using formic acid/zinc chloride), the optimum time for dissolving and removing viscose fiber were analyzed using this method at the condition of 70 ℃.The result showed that viscose fiber could dissolved completely at 70 ℃for 30 minutes, and at the above conditions, the damage of cotton fiber was minimal.
