摘要
以气化炉的就地液位计与下段洗涤冷却室壳体焊接为例,分别对SA387Gr11Cl2与316L的焊接性能进行了分析,同时对两种材料焊接特点作了简要描述,通过采用不同的焊条进行工艺试验,对接头的显微组织及力学性能进行对比分析,摸索出最佳的焊接工艺参数,确定了合适的焊接材料,攻克了SA387Gr11Cl2与316L异种钢焊接弯曲性能差的难题,并成功应用于产品焊接,最终完成了气化炉的制造。
With the welding between the nozzle of local level gauge on the gasifier and the shell of lower washing cooling chamber as an example,the welding properties of SA387Gr11Cl2 and 316L were analyzed respectively,and the welding characteristics of the two materials were briefly described.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints by using different welding rods were compared and analyzed.The best welding process parameters of SA387Gr11Cl2 and 316L dissimilar steel were determined,and the problem of poor bending property in welding between SA387Gr11Cl2 and 316L dissimilar steel was overcome.It was successfully applied to product welding,and finally the gasifier was manufactured.
