摘要
目的探究宝石CT能谱成像检测方法对于甲状腺良性结节及甲状腺恶性结节的鉴别诊断意义。方法方便选取2018年9月—2020年5月该医院诊断的60例甲状腺良性结节及甲状腺恶性结节患者予以项目指标分析,参考手术病理检测结果,将其中30例甲状腺恶性结节患者归入试验组调查资料内容,将另外30例甲状腺良性结节患者归入参照组调查资料内容,各个组别都予以宝石CT能谱成像检测,统计试验组与参照组平扫期、动脉期、静脉期的碘浓度检测值及能谱曲线斜率计算绝对值,统计两组病灶动脉标准化碘含量(NICA)、正常甲状腺标准碘含量(NICT)对比良恶性差异。结果试验组平扫期、动脉期、静脉期的碘浓度检测值(6.60±1.12)mg/mL、(7.51±1.30)mg/mL、(15.80±2.54)mg/mL相比参照组(10.45±2.20)mg/mL、(14.60±2.56)mg/mL、(27.68±3.70)mg/mL变小,差异有统计学意义(t=8.542、13.525、14.499,P<0.05);试验组平扫期、动脉期、静脉期的能谱曲线斜率计算绝对值(0.50±0.06)、(2.81±0.30)、(2.20±0.23)相比参照组(0.79±0.10)、(4.40±0.47)、(3.22±0.40)变小,差异有统计学意义(t=13.620、15.619、12.108,P<0.05);试验组正常甲状腺标准碘含量(NICT)相对于参照组减少,差异有统计学意义(t=5.101,P<0.05),其他参数比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.584,P=0.561>0.05)。结论在甲状腺良性结节及甲状腺恶性结节的鉴别诊断中采取宝石CT能谱成像检测方法展示较好诊断效果。
Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of gemstone CT spectroscopic imaging for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 60 cases of benign thyroid nodules and malignant thyroid nodules diagnosed in the hospital from September 2018 to May 2020 were Conveniently selected by project indicators.According to the results of surgical pathology,30 cases of malignant thyroid nodules were classified of the investigation data in the experimental group,another 30 patients with benign thyroid nodules were classified into the investigation data of the reference group.Each group was tested by gemstone CT spectroscopy.The statistical experimental group and the reference group were in the plain scan phase,arterial phase,and venous phase.The absolute value of the iodine concentration detection value and the slope of the energy spectrum curve were calculated,and the difference between the two groups of lesion arterial standardized iodine content(NICA)and normal thyroid standard iodine content(NICT)was compared between benign and malignant.Results The iodine concentration detection values(6.60±1.12)mg/mL,(7.51±1.30)mg/mL,(15.80±2.54)mg/mL of the test group in the plain scan phase,arterial phase and venous phase were compared with the statistical index content of the reference group(10.45±2.20)mg/mL,(14.60±2.56)mg/mL,(27.68±3.70)mg/mL become smaller,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.542,13.525,14.499,P<0.05);in the experimental group,the plain scan phase,arterial phase,the calculated absolute value of the slope of the energy spectrum curve of the venous phase(0.50±0.06),(2.81±0.30),(2.20±0.23)were smaller than that of the reference group(0.79±0.10),(4.40±0.47),(3.22±0.40),the difference was statistically significant(t=13.620,15.619,12.108,P<0.05);the normal thyroid standard iodine content(NICT)of the test group decreased compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.101,P<0.05),and the difference in other parameters was not st
