摘要 刺梨是云贵川特有的植物资源之一,含有丰富的生物活性物质,因其酸甜味美受到人们的喜爱。本文阐述了刺梨的营养特性,梳理了近年来刺梨产品的开发情况,对刺梨作为健康食品的开发前景进行了展望,以期为刺梨产业的发展提供理论依据。 Rosa roxbunghii is one of the peculiar plant resources in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan.It is rich in biologically active substances and is loved by people because of its sweet and sour taste.This article expounds the nutritional characteristics of Rosa roxbunghii,sorts out the development of Rosa roxbunghii products in recent years,and prospects the development prospects of Rosa roxbunghii as a health food,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the Rosa roxbunghii industry.
