摘要
针对数控门扇四边锯出现的故障特征,利用振动、噪声和温度传感器实时采集四边锯工作状态信息,并利用无线网络将采集的信息传送至上位机和设备技术服务中心,借助python编程语言开发数据处理程序,利用C#编程语言开发人机交互界面与数据库,建立一套基于物联网的数控门扇四边锯故障智能诊断系统,实现现场故障的预警和诊断分析,给出相应维修方案,提高生产效率和降低维修成本。
In this paper,aiming at the fault characteristics of the key equipment of customized wooden door flexible production line,CNC door leaf four side saw working state information was collected in real time by using vibration,noise and temperature sensors.The collected working state information was transmitted to the upper computer and equipment technical service center by using data collector and wireless network.Based on the data processing program developed by python and human-computer interface and database developed by C# programming language,a set of intelligent fault diagnosis system of CNC door leaf four side saw was established.The system can realize the diagnosis and alarm of simple faults on site.The technical service center of remote manufacturers can further diagnose the faults.Through remote guidance and control,the PLC data on site can be modified,and the corresponding maintenance scheme can be given.It also can achieve the purpose of rapid maintenance and improve productivity as well as reducing maintenance costs.
