摘要 新媒体具有媒体个性化突出、受众选择性增多、表现形式多样、信息发布实时等特点和优势,运用新媒体进行宣传可以拓展宣传空间、延伸宣传时间、丰富宣传内容。油田企业开展宣传工作时,应充分利用新媒体在员工形势任务教育上创新,在生产经营上攻坚创效,在群众喜闻乐见的宣传形式上创新。 The new media is characterized by the advantages of obvious media individualization,increased audience selectivity,diversified forms of representation,real-time information dissemination,and so on. The use of new media for publicity can expand the publicity space,extend the publicity duration and enrich the publicity contents.When oilfield enterprises carry out publicity,they should make full use of the innovation of new media in the dissemination of situation and tasks to staff and workers and make innovations in both the operations and the form of publicity that the masses love.
