摘要 主要农用矿产资源(硫、磷、钾)的利用状况和安全保障程度关系国家粮食安全及人类生存发展。本文应用定性分析与定量研究相结合等方法,对硫、磷、钾农用矿产资源安全保障进行综合研究。结合全球硫、磷、钾资源供给格局和国外资源可获得性分析,从供给、需求和国家保障三个层面,提出保障我国主要农用矿产资源(硫、磷、钾)安全、合理开发利用、产业可持续发展等方面的战略与对策建议:加强找矿投入增加国内资源储量,调整产业结构,深化产品加工和综合利用以提高产品附加值,调整产品出口结构,采取投资开发和贸易并重的原则利用国外矿产资源。 The utilization and security degree of main agricultural mineral resources(sulfur, phosphorus, potassium) are related to national food security and human survival and development. The methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative research are used to comprehensively study the security of agricultural mineral resources of sulfur, phosphorus and potassium. Based on the analysis of global supply pattern of sulfur, phosphorus and potassium resources and the availability of foreign resources, this paper puts forward strategies and countermeasures to ensure the safety, rational development and utilization of China’s main agricultural mineral resources(sulfur, phosphorus, potassium) from the three levels of supply, demand and national security: strengthen the investment in prospecting, increase the reserves of domestic resources, adjust the industrial structure, and deepen the development of Chinese agricultural mineral resources so as to increase the added value of products, adjust the export structure of products, and take the principle of paying equal attention to investment and development and trade to utilize foreign mineral resources.
