摘要
实验课教师在培养学生实践能力和创新意识方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,中医药院校应重视实验课教学,充分认识实验课教师的地位和作用,在多方面给予支持,吸引高素质人才加入实验教师队伍,并采取切实措施,加强实验课教师的培训,提高实验课教师教学能力。
Experiment teachers in training students’practice ability and innovation consciousness plays a decisive role,colleges and universities of Chinese medicine should pay attention to experiments teaching,fully aware of the status and function of experimentteachers,and give support in many ways,and to attract high-quality talent add salt teachers,and take concrete measures to strengthenexperiment teachers’training,improve the ability of experiment teaching.
