摘要
针对当前人才分类评价不足、遴选要素简单和激励效应弱化的管理现状,在分析国外人才分类评价研究状况和国家政策导向的基础上,引入"四诊合参"中医思维把脉"双一流"行业特色型高校人才分类标准,提出了适合我国"双一流"行业特色型人才发展的评价体系设计思路,结合成都中医药大学人才分类评价改革实例,成都中医药大学作为"双一流"行业特色型高校,遵循中医药发展规律,走符合中医药特点的发展道路,深化人才分类评价改革创新,以期为高校人才管理评价研究提供参考。
In view of the current management situation of insufficient talent classification evaluation,simple selection elements and weak incentive effect,based on the analysis of foreign talent classification evaluation research status and national policy guidance,the studybased on four correlated diagnostics methods on the aspect of Chinese medicine identificationto pulse the talent classification standard of"double first-class"industry characteristicuniversities,and puts forward the development of characteristic talents suitable for China’s"double first-class"industry.According to case study of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine,we should follow the development path in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,deepen the reform and innovation of talent classification evaluation,so as to provide reference for the research of talent management evaluation in universities.
