翼型结构对冷藏陈列柜风幕性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了优化立式敞开式冷藏陈列柜的风幕性能,在食品搁架前端加装翼型结构对风幕进行导流。研究翼型结构对冷藏陈列柜风幕性能的影响。结果发现:在测试环境温度为25℃,相对湿度为60%,柜内温度维持在-1-5℃的需求条件下,加装翼型结构后,送、回风平均温度波动范围由0.6—4.4℃,10.3—12.0℃变化至1.8—3.0℃、6.0—7.4℃,热负荷降低19.7%:进一步研究翼型结构加装位置对风幕的气流组织的影响。模拟结果表明:加装翼型结构使风幕的气流分布更加均匀和稳定,热卷吸系数降低17.9%—25%;当翼型结构安装在距搁架前端90 mm处风幕的热卷吸系数达到最低(为0.3),说明翼型结构加装在此处时,风幕效率最高。 In order to optimize the air curtain performance of vertical open-type refrigerated display cabinet,an airfoil structure was installed at the front of the food shelf to guide the air. The influence of airfoil structure on air curtain performance of refrigerated display cabinet was studied. The results show that at the ambient temperature of 25 ℃, the relative humidity is 60%, the temperature inside the cabinet is maintained at-1 to-5 ℃,the fluctuation ranges of average air supply and return temperature change from 0.6-4.4 ℃ and 10.3-12.0 ℃ to 1.8-3.0 ℃ and 6.0-7.4 ℃ respectively, and the thermal load is reduced by 19.7%. Then the numerical simulation method was used to further study the influence of the airfoil structure on the airflow distribution of the air curtain. The simulation results show that the airfoil structures make the airflow distribution of the air curtain more uniform and stable, the heat entrainment coefficient decreases by 17.9% to 25%.When the airfoil structure is installed at 90 mm away from the front end of the shelf, the air curtain’s heat entrainment coefficient reaches a minimum of 0.3, indicating that the air curtain efficiency is the highest.
