摘要
介绍了聚合物类、石墨类和二硫化钼类镶嵌型滑动轴承用固体润滑材料的研究现状和应用情况,重点介绍了在镶嵌型固体润滑材料中加入填充物可以提高材料的摩擦磨损性能和力学性能,但固体润滑材料在镶嵌型滑动轴承使用中存在单一材料润滑性能一般,金属基体不耐腐蚀和不适用于高速、轻载、低温工况的问题。并且对聚合物类镶嵌型固体润滑材料提出采用填料共混,协同减摩的展望,针对石墨类和二硫化钼类镶嵌型固体润滑材料的改进提出智能润滑理念。
The research status and application of solid lubricating materials for polymer,graphite and MoS2 embedded sliding bearings are introduced.The friction and wear properties and mechanical properties of materials are improved by adding fillers into embedded solid lubricating materials.However,there are some problems in application of solid lubricating materials in embedded sliding bearings,such as general lubricating performance of single material,no corrosion resistance of metal matrix and inapplicability to high speed,light load and low temperature conditions.In addition,the prospect using filler blending and collaborative friction reduction for polymer embedded solid lubricating materials is proposed,and the concept of intelligent lubrication is proposed for improvement of graphite and MoS2 embedded solid lubricating materials.
