摘要
高素质的人才是决定医院医疗发展和长期生存的重要条件。医院的医疗事业如果想要得到长期的发展,就必须对传统的人力资源管理体制进行改革。该文通过分析目前医院人力资源管理的现状及存在问题,为新医改背景下医院人力资源配置的优化提供了改革措施和解决方案。从而增强医院的核心竞争力,防止人才流失,促进医院的长期持续性发展。
With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the competition among hospitals in the new era and new background has become more intense,and high-quality talents are an important condition for the development of hospitals and their long-term survival,if the hospital's medical business wants long-term development,it must reform the traditional human resource management system.This article analyzes the current status and existing problems of human resource management in hospitals,and provides reform measures and solutions for the optimization of hospital human resource allocation under the background of the new medical reform,thereby strengthening the core competitiveness of the hospital,preventing the brain drain,and promoting the long-term sustainable development of the hospital.
