摘要
目的了解百色市百育镇老年人的健康状况与意识及相关因素。方法在随机原则上采用自编的老年人健康状况调查表作为评估工具,在百育镇采取分层、多级、整群的抽样方法,对500名老年人进行了问卷调查和常规体检。结果共回收有效问卷484份,慢性病以高血压为主,68%的老年人不能做到定期体检,30%的老年人不愿意定期复查。结论百育镇老年人健康状况尚可、健康意识较低。希望该次调查可以为下一步人群患病特征研究夯实流行病学基础,最终为服务于国家“基本医疗有保障”政策的制定,具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To understand the health status,awareness and related factors of the elderly in Baiyu Town,Baise City.Methods In principle,a self-compiled questionnaire on the health status of the elderly was used as an assessment tool,and a stratified,multi-level,cluster sampling method was adopted in Baiyu Town.Questionnaire surveys and routine physical examinations were conducted on 500 elderly people.Results A total of 484 valid questionnaires were collected.Hypertension was the main chronic disease.68%of the elderly were unable to undergo regular physical examinations,and 30%of the elderly were unwilling to review regularly.Conclusion The health status of the elderly in Baiyu Town is fair and their health consciousness is low.It is hoped that this survey can consolidate the epidemiological foundation for the next step in the study of the characteristics of the population’s disease,and ultimately has a certain reference value for the formulation of the national"basic medical care"policy.
