摘要
在中国深化“互联网+共享”的背景下,建立医疗联合体财务共享服务中心,是卫生健康行业财务管理创新之路。文章结合S医疗联合体的管理现状,开展设立财务共享中心的必要性分析和障碍性因素研究,并从组织变革、业务范围、标准制度编写、标准流程梳理、信息技术支撑等方面探索构建路径,总结包括提高效率、降低成本、规范管理、助力决策在内的预期成效并提出未来展望。S医疗联合体设立财务共享服务中心路径探索,不仅能提高医疗联合体内部的管理效率和效益,更能为国家医疗联合体财务战略转型升级提供借鉴和参考,对进一步推动我国公立医院改革工作,因地制宜地制定公立医院医疗联合体改革模式有一定的启发作用,是最贴合当下医疗联合体管理需求的高效财务共享目标之路。
Under the background of China's deepening of the"Internet+Sharing",the establishment of a medical consortium financial sharing service center is a way of financial management innovation in the health industry.Based on the current management status of the S medical consortium,this paper carries out the necessity analysis and obstacle factors research on the establishment of the financial sharing center,and explores the construction path from the aspects of organizational change,business scope,standard system compilation,standard process combing,and information technology support.Summarize the expected results including improving efficiency,reducing costs,standardizing management,and assisting decision-making,and propose future prospects.The exploration of the path of setting up a financial shared service center by the S medical consortium can not only improve the management efficiency and effectiveness of the medical consortium,but also provide a reference for the financial strategy transformation and upgrading of the national medical consortium,and will further promote the reform of public hospitals in our country.The formulation of the reform model of the public hospital medical consortium according to local conditions has a certain enlightening effect,and is the most efficient way to share the goal of financial sharing that best meets the current medical consortium management needs.
