摘要
近年来,随着患者对美学需求的日渐增加,前牙美学已然成为临床医生治疗过程中首要考虑的目标之一。对于部分严重露龈笑、萌出不足、不良修复体造成牙龈红肿的患者,除了正畸治疗,前牙区美学牙冠延长术(crown lengthening surgery,CLS)是首选的辅助牙周手术之一。然而,CLS对适应证的把控要求较为严格,术中术式的选择、术后软组织的恢复对美观影响显著。本文旨在介绍前牙美学CLS在临床上的适应证、临床操作及预后的研究进展,从而为临床医生提供一定参考。
In recent years,with the increasing demands of patients for aesthetics,the aesthetics of the anterior teeth has become one of the primary considerations for clinicians during the treatment.In addition to orthodontic treatment,aesthetic crown lengthening surgery in the anterior area is one of the first-choice auxiliary periodontal surgeries for some patients with severe gummy smile,failure of eruption,or gingival swelling caused by low-quality restorations.However,crown lengthening surgery has strict requirements for the indications,while the choice of surgical methods and the recovery of soft tissues have a significant impact on patients’aesthetics.This article aims to introduce the clinical research progress in indication,clinical operation and prognosis of aesthetic crown lengthening surgery in the anterior region,so as to provide a reference for clinicians.
