热镀铝锌连退过程中带钢横向拉窄量预报及其影响因素 被引量:6

Investigation on prediction of transverse narrowing of strip and its influence factors in continuous annealing process of galvalume unit

摘要 针对带钢在热镀铝锌连退过程中出现横向拉窄,从而影响成品带钢宽度精度以及导致后续带钢边部镀层不均性加剧的问题,基于热镀铝锌连退过程的设备与工艺特点,分析了拉窄产生的机理,建立了一套热镀铝锌机组退火过程中带钢拉窄量计算模型,提出了相应的求解方法;同时,以典型规格产品为例,选择特定工艺段,从总张力、温度以及来料板形3个方面定量分析了对拉窄量的影响。在此基础上,编制出了相应的热镀铝锌机组连退过程中炉内带钢横向拉窄量预报软件,并将其应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果。 In view of the problems of transverse narrowing affecting the width accuracy of finished strip and leading to increase uneven coating of strip edge during continuous annealing process of galvalume unit,the mechanism of strip narrowing was analyzed based on the equipment and process characteristics of continuous annealing process of galvalume unit.Therefore,a model for calculating the quantities of transverse narrowing during continuous annealing process of galvalume unit was established,and its solution method was proposed.Meanwhile,taking some typical products as examples to quantitatively analyze the influence factors from three aspects,such as total tension,temperature and original strip shape.On the basis of this,a set of software for predicting the transverse narrowing of strip in furnace during continuous annealing process of galvalume unit was developed.At last,the software was applied well in practice.
