摘要
目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情下呼吸科社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者的心理状态及防控策略。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月15日—2020年3月16日呼吸科收治的70例CAP患者的临床资料,比较入院时、转出隔离病房时、转出隔离病房后第3天的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:70例CAP患者转出隔离病房时SAS和SDS评分低于入院时,转出隔离病房后第三天低于转出隔离病房时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中年组SAS和SDS评分明显高于青年组与老年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);青年组与老年组SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在新冠肺炎疫情期间呼吸科中年CAP患者存在较为明显的焦虑、抑郁情绪,建议加强中年CAP患者新冠肺炎疫情期间心理防护和疏导工作,提高其心理应对能力。
Objective:To investigate the psychological status and prevention and control strategies of patients with community acquired pneumonia(CAP)in respiratory department of COVID 19.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with CAP admitted to the respiratory department of hospital from February 15 to March 16,2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the patients on admission,when they were transferred out of the isolation ward,and on the third day after they were transferred out of the isolation ward were compared.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of 70 patients with CAP were lower when they were transferred out of the isolation ward than when they were admitted to the hospital,and the difference was statistically significant when they were transferred out of the isolation ward on the third day(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the middle-aged group were significantly higher than the young group and the elderly group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the youth group and the elderly group(P>0.05).Conclusion:There were obvious anxiety and depression in middle-aged patients with CAP in the respiratory department during the epidemic of COVID 19.It is suggested to strengthen the psychological protection and counseling of middle-aged patients with CAP during the epidemic of COVID 19,and improving their psychological coping ability.
