摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下松解术在急性粘连性肠梗阻治疗中的临床疗效。方法:以我院2018年1月至2019年10月收治的46例急性粘连性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组各23例,对照组与研究组患者分别接受传统开腹粘连松解术及腹腔镜下粘连松解术,比较两组患者的手术情况及并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者手术用时、术中出血量、VAS评分、胃肠功能恢复时间、首次下床时间、尿管拔除时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率较对照组更低,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下粘连松解术创伤性小,手术并发症少,疼痛轻微,患者术后恢复快,在急性粘连性肠梗阻治疗中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic release in the treatment of acute adhesive ileus.Methods:46 patients with acute adhesive ileus admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were taken as the study objects.According to the order of admission,the subjects were divided into control group and study group,each group had 23 cases.The control group received traditional open surgery,and the study group received laparoscopic release.The operation condition and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,VAS score,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,time of first getting out of bed,time of catheter removal and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic release has the advantages of less trauma,less complications,less pain and quick postoperative recovery.It has a high value in the treatment of acute adhesive ileus.
