摘要 四川信息职业技术学院学生综合素质提升“361工程”是促进学生全面发展,持续提高人才培养质量的有益探索。“361工程”包含基础性素质和发展性素质两方面共十个发展要素,通过确定学生个人发展目标,建立发展标准,设置质量控制点,构建“8”字质量改进螺旋,组织实施、监测预警、诊断改进、激励创新,实现增强学生综合素质,提升人才培养质量的目的,为提升高职院校学生综合素质提供有益借鉴。 The"361 Project"of students’comprehensive quality improvement in Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology is a beneficial exploration to promote the comprehensive development of students and continuously improve the quality of talents training.The"361 Project"includes ten development elements in two aspects:basic quality and development quality.Through determining students’personal development goals,establishing development standards,setting quality control points,building a"8"quality improvement spiral,and organizing implementation,monitoring and early warning,diagnosis improvement,and stimulating innovation,the purpose of enhancing the comprehensive quality of students and improving the quality of talents training are achieved,which provides a useful reference for the improvement of students’comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges.
