摘要
为更好的保障煤矿提升机的安全稳定运行,文章介绍了提升机齿轮箱、电动机以及滚筒常见故障,分析了故障原因,并以IKMD-2.8x4(3)E型矿井提升机为例,介绍了提升机故障诊断系统的结构组成及具体应用,以期通过了解提升机常见故障类型,配合应用提升机故障诊断系统,能更及时更精准的发现提升机故障,解决提升机故障,进一步提高提升机运行的安全性,连续性。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of coal mine hoists,the common faults of gearbox of hoists,motor and drum are introduced,and the causes of the faults are analyzed.in the paper taking IKMD-2.8x4(3)E mine hoists as an example,the structure and specific application of fault diagnosis system of hoists are introduced.It is hoped that by understanding the common fault types of hoists and cooperating with the application of fault diagnosis system of hoists,the faults of hoists can be found timely and accurately solved,and the safety and continuity of operation of hoists can be further improved.
