甲烷/氧气反扩散火焰碳烟光谱辐射特性研究

摘要 基于碳烟连续辐射光谱信息,本研究利用普通单反相机和高光谱成像系统对不同工况下甲烷-氧气反扩散火焰产生碳烟辐射强度及分布进行分析。结果表明:反扩散火焰中黄色区域是燃料在高温下热解产生的碳烟连续辐射,随[O/C]_(e)增加,黄光区逐渐减少,碳烟整体辐射强度下降,核心区位于火焰外环两翼,且辐射强度轴线分布呈双峰;沿火焰传播方向,碳烟辐射强度先增大后降低。 This study based on the continuous radiation spectral information of soot,the intensity and distribution of soot generated by methane-oxygen inverse-diffusion flame under different conditions were analyzed by using ordinary Single-lens camera and hyperspectral imaging system in this study.The results show that the yellow area in the counter-diffusion flame is the continuous radiation of soot generated by fuel pyrolysis at high temperature.With the increase of[O/C]_(e),the yellow light area gradually decreases.Overall,the radiation intensity of soot weakens and the core area is located on both sides of the outer ring of the flame.The axial distribution of radiation intensity presents double-peaked.In addition,the radiation intensity of soot first increases and then decreases along the direction of flame propagation.
