摘要
在产教融合、校企合作的背景下,以河南农业职业学院烘焙产业学院为例探索"三教"改革方案,找出适合产业学院"三教"改革的路径。为教师"赋能",提升教师职业素养和实践能力来解决"谁来教"的问题;以课程建设为统领,加快教材改革与创新来解决"教什么"的问题;创新"混合多元"教学模式,推进教法改革来解决"如何教"的问题。
Under the background of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,the baking industry college of He’nan vocational college of agricultural is taken as an example to explore the reform of"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods"and find out the path suitable for the reform of"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods".To empower teachers and improve their professional quality and practical ability to solve the problem of"who will teach";To solve the problem of"what to teach"by taking curriculum construction as the guide and speeding up the reform and innovation of teaching materials;To solve the problem of"how to teach",we should innovate the teaching mode of"mixed diversity"and promote the reform of teaching method.
