摘要
[目的/意义]图书馆是国别与区域研究工作推进的重要支撑,其构建与发展策略值得探讨。[方法/过程]调研了厦门大学、浙江师范大学、同济大学等高校的经验,分析了国别与区域研究图书馆在文献收藏、数据库建设、学术传播与交流等方面的重要作用。[结果/结论]新时代“一带一路”背景下国别与区域研究图书馆的构建与发展策略可概括为:配套建设、特色收藏、服务学科、宣传推广、空间改造、共建共享。国家有关部门要制定国别和区域研究图书馆建设的硬性指标,高等院校要针对国别和区域研究基地构建专门的图书馆或文献资料中心,提供必要的人力、物力和经费支出。
[Purpose/significance]Library is an important support for the promotion of the national and regional research,and its construction and development strategy is worth exploring.[Method/process]The experiences of Xiamen University,Zhejiang Normal University,Tongji University and other universities are investigated to analyze the important role of libraries in documents collection,database construction,academic dissemination and exchange.[Result/conclusion]The strategies for the construction and development of national and regional research libraries in the context of“the Belt and Road Initiative”can be summarized as follows:supporting facility construction,characteristic collections,serving for discipline,promotion and publicity,space renewal,and co-construction and sharing.Professional library and database centers concerning national and regional research base should be established,and manpower,material and financial resources are supposed to be provided by colleges and universities.
