摘要
目的探讨基于"消"法理论的中药联合前列安栓治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的疗效观察。方法选取我院收的ⅢB型前列腺炎118例,按随机分组法分成观察组40例、对照1组39例、对照2组39例。观察组给予"消"法理论的中药汤剂联合前列安栓塞肛治疗;对照1组单纯给予中药汤剂治疗;对照2组单纯给予前列安栓塞肛治疗,疗程均为4周。对比三组治疗前后的肛门指检评分、中医症状评分、前列腺常规检测评分以及NIH-CPSI总评分。结果治疗后,三组前列腺常规检测评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的肛门指检评分、中医症状评分以及NIH-CPSI总评分降低明显优于对照1组、对照2组,且对照1组肛门指检评分、中医症状评分以及NIH-CPSI总评分优于对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于"消"法理论的中药汤剂联合前列安栓能改善ⅢB型CP的肛门指检症状、中医症状评分以及NIH-CPSI总评分,进而改善ⅢB型前列腺炎患者的症状,疗效可靠,安全。
Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicinebased on the theory of "elimination" combined with Qianlieansuppository in the treatment of typeⅢ B prostatitis.Methods A total of 118 patients with typeⅢB prostatitis admitted to our hospitalwere selected.According to random grouping method, they were divided into observation group of 40 cases,control group1 of 39 cases and control group2 of 39 cases.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction based on the theory of "elimination" combined with Qianliean anal embolization therapy;Thecontrol group 1 was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction alone;The control group 2 was given Qianliean anal embolization therapy, and the course of treatment was 4 weeks. Anal digital examination score,TCM symptom score, prostate routine test score and NIH-CPSI total score were compared before and after treatment in the three groups.Results After treatment, there was no significant difference in prostate routine test scores among the three groups(P>0.05).The reduction of anal digital examination score, TCM symptom score and NIH-CPSI total score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group 1 and 2,and the anal digital examination score, TCM symptom score and NIH-CPSI total score in the control group 1 were better than those in the control group 2,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine decoctionbased on the theory of "elimination" combined with Qianlieansuppositorymethod can improve the symptoms of type IIIB CP on anal digital examination score,TCM symptom score and NIH-CPSI total score, and then improve the symptoms of type IIIB prostatitis patients,with reliable and safe efficacy.
