摘要
目的研究对心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者实施阿托伐他汀治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年5月江苏省邳州市人民医院收治的60例心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组(28例,常规治疗)和观察组(32例,常规治疗+阿托伐他汀治疗),观察两组临床治疗疗效、治疗前后心功能、心脏指数以及N末端脑钠肽前体水平改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.75%高于对照组67.86%,(χ2=6.687,P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组患者左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)以及心脏指数(CI)、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平低于对照组,观察组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者在常规实施药物治疗的基础上联合阿托伐他汀实施治疗,可有效提升临床疗效并改善患者预后。
Objective To study the clinical value of atorvastatin in the treatment of asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarction admitted to Pizhou People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group(28 cases,conventional treatment)and observation group(32 cases,conventional treatment+atorvastatin treatment).The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,cardiac index and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide before and after treatment were observed physical improvement.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%higher than that in the control group 67.86%(χ2=6.687,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),cardiac index(CI),and N-terminal pro-BNP(NT-pro BNP)levels were lower than those of the control group.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with atorvastatin on the basis of routine drug therapy for asymptomatic heart failure patients after myocardial infarction can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis of patients.
