摘要
该文主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对高校体育竞赛的价值和发展路径进行探讨。研究发现:我国高校体育教学呈现出学而不精、学而不乐、学而不赛等现状和问题。体育竞赛可以帮助学生强体育心,促进全面发展;找回运动乐趣;锤炼意志,健全人格;培养团队精神,增强爱国主义情怀。为了实现这些价值,校园体育竞赛应该:形成以赛促学、以赛促练、以赛育人的教学理念;运用运动季的教学模式,做到“教会、勤练、常赛”;通过校园体育赛事的“四个转变”,实现体育赛事大众化;推行分层教学和分级竞赛的模式,提高学生主动参与竞赛的积极性;积极利用校园媒体进行宣传体育赛事和指导学生锻炼,为学校体育工作营造良好的氛围。
This paper mainly discusses the value and development path of college sports competition by means of literature,logical analysis and other research methods.It is found that there are some problems in the physical education teaching in colleges and universities,such as learning without refinement,learning without pleasure,learning without competition,etc.Sports competition can help students to strengthen their sense of sports and promote their all-round development;find the fun of sports;temper their will and improve their personality;cultivate team spirit and enhance their patriotism.In order to realize these values,the campus sports competition should:form the teaching idea of promoting learning by competition,promoting practice by competition and educating people by competition;use the teaching mode of sports season to achieve"teaching,diligent practice and regular competition";realize the popularization of sports events through the"four transformations"of campus sports events;carry out the mode of layered teaching and graded competition to improve students'active participation in the competition;the positive use of campus media to promote s ports events and guide students to exercise,to create a good a tmosphere for school sports work.
