摘要
近年来大连马拉松赛事稳步发展并获得了国内外马拉松跑者的一些好评。但是在赛事发展的过程中也存在着制约发展的诸多因素。本文基于SWOT对大连马拉松赛事发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁的加以综合分析。研究大连马拉松赛事发展现有的内外部环境下,如何最优的运用自身资源和外部资源,建立大连马拉松赛事发展的优势资源。并有针对性的提出关于大连马拉松赛事发展的对策和建议。为保障大连马拉松赛事优势地位可持续性,在国内外马拉松赛事竞争中保持优势地位提供理论依据。
In recent years,Dalian marathon events has been developing steadily and won some favorable comments from runners at home and abroad.However,there are also many factors restricting the development of the competition.Based on SWOT,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Dalian marathon.Under the existing internal and external environment,it studies how to make the best use of its own resources and external resources to establish the advantageous resources for the development of Dalian marathon.Meanwhile,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Dalian marathon.The aim is to provide theoretical basis for the sustainability of the dominant position of Dalian marathon and maintaining the dominant position in events competition at home and abroad.
