摘要
学生评教作为高职院校教学质量管理的重要环节,对提高教育教学质量起着重要的作用,是“双高计划”建设背景下实现人才培养目标、打造技术技能人才培养高地的有力抓手。然而目前在具体的实施中,大部分高校的学生评教工作出现了“走过场”“形式化”问题。基于此,本文试图结合PDCA循环理论,对学生评教工作中各环节的问题进行归纳总结,并有针对性地提出提高评教有效性的改进措施。
As an important part of teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges,students'evaluation of teaching plays an important role in improving the quality of education and teaching.It is a powerful grasp to achieve the goal of talent training and create a highland of technical and skilled personnel training under the background of"double high program".However,in the cur⁃rent implementation,most of the work of students'evaluation of teaching in Colleges and universities appears the problem of"for⁃malization".Based on this,this paper attempts to combine PDCA cycle theory to summarize the problems in each link of students'evaluation of teaching,and put forward the improvement measures to improve the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.
