摘要
农村创业人才培育对于乡村振兴战略具有重要意义。从实践角度阐释了乡村振兴要求农村创业者具有"财富创造"理念、敢于创新冒险、善于经营管理和品牌运营,同时分析了农村创业人才培育面临农村人力资源素质不高且存在结构性不平衡、农村中青年劳动力和农村金融资源流失严重、专门的农村创业人才教育培训匮乏以及农村与城市发展差距依然较大等问题,并提出相应破解之策,即必须加大农村人力资本投资力度、推进农村绿色工业化发展、构建农村创业人才培育体系和大力改善农村发展环境。
The cultivation of rural entrepreneurial talents is of great significance to the rural revitalization strategy.From the practical perspective,this paper explains that rural revitalization requires rural entrepreneurs to have the concept of“wealth creation”,dare to innovate and take risks,and be good at management and brand operations.At the same time,it analyzed problems such as the low quality of rural human resources and structural imbalances in the cultivation of rural entrepreneurial talents,the serious loss of rural young and middle-aged labor and rural financial resources,the lack of specialized rural entrepreneurial talent education and training,and the large gap between rural and urban development.And some countermeasures are put forward:increasing investment in rural human capital,promoting the development of rural green industrialization,constructing a system for fostering rural entrepreneurial talent,and improving rural development environment.
