摘要
针对高寒地区硫化铜矿物选矿,采用了新型捕收起泡剂替代原有常规浮选药剂,解决了因天气寒冷而导致药剂结晶的问题,用量减少四分之一,所采用新型捕收起泡剂性质稳定、无毒、无污染,彻底改善了作业环境。选矿废水通过添加絮凝剂澄清后返回生产流程循环利用,达到零排放。浮选尾矿采用先进的干排干堆技术,较湿排尾矿库相比经济高效实用,消除了安全环保风险。在相对狭小的井下空间内建设充填制备站,克服了选址空间受限、环境差等困难,实现充填高效、经济运行。国内首次将制备站建设在井下,利用井下恒温的条件,有效避免了站内设备、设施的防寒问题,实现了冬季连续生产。
Aiming at the mineral processing of copper sulphide in the high cold area,a new type of collecting frother was used,which solved the problem of the crystallization of the reagent caused by the cold weather,the new-type collecting foaming agent has stable property,non-toxicity and non-pollution,and completely improves the working environment.Through adding flocculants to clarify the waste water,it can be returned to the production process for recycling,so as to achieve zero discharge.The flotation tailings adopt advanced dry-dump technology,which is more economical and practical than wet-dump tailings pond and eliminates the risk of safety and environmental protection.The construction of filling preparation station in relatively narrow underground space overcomes the difficulties of limited location space and poor environment,and achieves high filling efficiency and economical operation.For the first time in China,the preparation station is built in the mine,and the problem of the equipment and facilities in the station is effectively avoided by using the underground constant temperature condition,thus realizing the continuous production in winter.
