摘要
基础设施不只是维持城市运营的核心系统,也是构成城市环境及其品质的主导性与决定性要素,即基础设施本身已成为城市空间的关键组成部分,或者说基础设施定义了城市空间。基础设施创新驱动来自城市公共服务供需模式的变异与升级,反映在城市治理效益和公共品质的提升等方面,也改变了城市空间的形态风貌及功能内涵。基础设施创新和城市空间品质之间存在直接而深刻的关联性。在基础设施创新的视角下,传统城市空间与景观风貌将面临新的解读并获得新的拓展,城市空间的设计行动也必须把重点从作品的创造转移到内涵的再生上,从而孵育城市人文来取代物质环境,并使其成为未来城市空间的主体。
Urban infrastructure is not only the fundamental system to operate cities,but also the most dominant and determined component in cities environment that defines urban qualities.Infrastructure by itself has been either a critical part of urban space,or become the urban space.The trend of changing or upgrading the ways public services are being acquired and delivered always drive cities to re-innovate infrastructure,with reflection on the progression of urban governance and public qualities as well as the evolution of urban forms and functionalities.Given the strong and direct relationship between infrastructure and quality of urban space and in the perspective of infrastructure innovation,conventionally defined urban spaces are given opportunities to be re-interpreted and expanded so as the perception of cityscape.Therefore,most urban space design actions shall consider to shift focuses from the works of design to the connotation regeneration that strives to replace the physical environment by the urban humanity that becomes the core of future urban spaces.
