摘要
饲粮添加高剂量氧化锌能够缓解断奶仔猪腹泻、促进仔猪生长、提高仔猪免疫力等。但是氧化锌的过度使用带来了环境污染、细菌耐药性增加、锌中毒等一系列问题,因此亟需寻找一种绿色有效的高剂量氧化锌替代物。本文综述了饲粮高剂量氧化锌在断奶仔猪中的实际应用和可能的作用机制以及一些氧化锌替代物的研究现状,旨在为寻找合适的高剂量氧化锌替代物提供理论依据。
High dosage dietary zinc oxide can alleviate diarrhea,promote growth and improve immunity in weaned piglet.However,the abuse of zinc oxide led to a series of problems,such as environmental pollution,bacterial resistance,zinc poisoning and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to find a green and effective substitute for high-dose zinc oxide.In this review,the practical application and underlying mechanism of high-dose zinc oxide in weaned piglets and the research advances of some zinc oxide substitutes were reviewed,hoping to provide theoretical basis for finding the most suitable alternative to replace high-dose zinc oxide.
