摘要
食管癌(esophageal carcinoma)为消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤。晚期局部食管癌手术治疗预后极差,易复发,以手术为基础的综合疗法在降低复发率方面有一定的效果。放射治疗是食管癌重要的辅助治疗手段,其治疗从传统的二维放疗到目前的容积弧形调强放疗、图像引导放疗、调强适形放疗、三维适形放疗等,精准度不断提高。目前关于食管癌的临床治疗有了新认识,尤其在术前与术后放射治疗及放化疗相结合方面进步明显,疗效显著。本文对食管癌放射治疗方式方法、技术方面的研究进展进行综述。
Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system.Surgical treatment for locally advanced esophageal cancer has poor prognosis and leads to a high incidence of recurrence.The comprehensive therapy based on surgery has a certain effect on reducing the recurrence rate.Radiotherapy is an important adjunctive treatment for esophageal cancer.Its treatments change from traditional two-dimensional radiotherapy to the current volumetric-modulated arc therapy,image-guided radiotherapy,intensity-modulated radiotherapy,and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,with a constant increase in accuracy.At present,there is a new understanding about the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer,especially in the combination of preoperative and postoperative radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy.
